You will always receive a notification when your return is received by us. As soon as the RMA department processes your return, you will be notified by e-mail. This usually happens within a few days to a maximum of 2 weeks. It is possible that customer service may contact you during the process with questions about the return.
Of course, you can also contact customer service yourself regarding the status of your return.
